{"id":8190,"date":"2020-04-06T09:13:18","date_gmt":"2020-04-06T07:13:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/apemh.prod.lu\/conge-pour-soutien-familial\/"},"modified":"2020-04-06T09:13:18","modified_gmt":"2020-04-06T07:13:18","slug":"conge-pour-soutien-familial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apemh.lu\/de\/conge-pour-soutien-familial\/","title":{"rendered":"Cong\u00e9 pour soutien familial"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Cong\u00e9 pour soutien familial<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le cadre des mesures visant \u00e0 limiter la propagation du coronavirus Covid-19, le minist\u00e8re de la Famille a mis en place un <strong>&#8222;cong\u00e9 pour soutien familial&#8220;.<\/strong> Ce cong\u00e9 permet d\u2019assurer l\u2019encadrement d\u2019une <strong>personne majeure en situation de handicap ou \u00e2g\u00e9e,<\/strong> suite \u00e0 la <strong>fermeture d\u2019une structure d\u2019accueil de jour, d\u2019une structure de formation ou de travail.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au niveau de l\u2019APEMH, le <strong>cong\u00e9 pour soutien familial<\/strong> peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9 par toute personne qui encadre actuellement, chez soi, une personne prise en charge normalement au niveau des <strong>structures d&#8217;accueils de jour, Service d&#8217;Activit\u00e9s de Jour (SAJ), Centres de Prop\u00e9deutique Professionnelle (CPP) ou ateliers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La mesure est r\u00e9troactive au 18 mars 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Demander le cong\u00e9 : <a href=\"https:\/\/guichet.public.lu\/fr\/citoyens\/travail-emploi\/conges-jours-feries\/situation-personnelle\/covid-certificat-conge-soutien-familial.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>https:\/\/guichet.public.lu\/fr\/citoyens\/travail-emploi\/conges-jours-feries\/situation-personnelle\/covid-certificat-conge-soutien-familial.html<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Urlaub zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Familie<\/h2>\n<p>Im Rahmen der Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Begrenzung der Ausbreitung des Coronavirus Covid-19, hat das Ministerium f\u00fcr Familie einen <strong>&#8222;Urlaub zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Familie&#8220;<\/strong> eingef\u00fchrt. Dieser Sonderurlaub, soll es erm\u00f6glichen, nach der <strong>Schlie\u00dfung einer Tagesst\u00e4tte,<\/strong> einer <strong>Ausbildungs- oder einer Arbeitsstruktur,<\/strong> eine erwachsene Person mit einer <strong>Behinderung oder eine \u00e4ltere Person<\/strong> betreuen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Auf der Ebene der APEMH kann ein <strong>Urlaub zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Familie<\/strong> von Personen beantragt werden, die derzeit zu Hause eine Person betreuen, die normalerweise in den <strong>Tageszentren (SAJ), Ausbildungszentren (CPP) oder Werkst\u00e4tten (Atelier)<\/strong> betreut wird.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Ma\u00dfnahme gilt r\u00fcckwirkend zum 18.
