href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/french\/disabilities\/default.asp?id=1413\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la Convention de l\u2019ONU relative aux droits des personnes handicap\u00e9es<\/a><\/strong> par la Chambre des d\u00e9put\u00e9s le mercredi 13 juillet 2011.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette convention datant de 2006, constitue une avanc\u00e9e dans le domaine de la politique en faveur des personnes en situation de handicap.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La loi en question vient ainsi de nommer trois instances (la Commission consultative des Droits de l\u2019Homme, le Centre pour l\u2019Egalit\u00e9 de traitement et le M\u00e9diateur) qui seront comp\u00e9tentes pour la promotion, la protection et le suivi de l\u2019application de la Convention.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->
