Ces parents ont encore, de nos jours, un pouvoir d\u00e9cisionnel au sein de l\u2019APEMH.<\/p>\n<p>Les parents, restant toujours les premiers \u00e9ducateurs de leurs enfants, le SEAI Kokopelli les respecte et les valorise en tant que tels. Les parents d\u00e9veloppent des savoir-faire, ils ont leurs habitudes, leur v\u00e9cu, une situation socioculturelle particuli\u00e8re, etc., \u00e9l\u00e9ments dont le service Kokopelli tient compte dans son travail quotidien sans y porter de jugement de valeur.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de d\u00e9velopper la coop\u00e9ration avec les parents, le SEAI Kokopelli a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des pratiques formalis\u00e9es\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participation au Projet \u201c Kachen um Feier\u201d\u00a0: les parents sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 participer \u00e0 la cuisine sur le feu soit par leur simple pr\u00e9sence soit en r\u00e9alisant une recette de leur choix. Les go\u00fbts des enfants sont \u00e9veill\u00e9s \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 culturelle.<\/li>\n<li>Participation au Projet \u201cB\u00ebsch\u201d\u00a0: les parents peuvent accompagner leur enfant en sortie for\u00eat. Ils d\u00e9couvrent ainsi les enfants dans leurs activit\u00e9s quotidiennes mais ils peuvent \u00e9galement se rendre compte de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sur le terrain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces \u00e9changes permettent de renforcer le lien parent-enfant-\u00e9ducateur. Les parents comprennent mieux ce que vivent les enfants chaque jour \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la cr\u00e8che, ils peuvent \u00e9changer directement avec les \u00e9ducateurs. Les enfants parlent de ces visites aux autres enfants, \u00e0 leurs parents et leur demandent quand eux aussi viendront. Une certaine dynamique se cr\u00e9e.
