L\u2019objectif pour les usagers est de p\u00e9daler 1 heure et de travailler leur endurance. L\u2019exercice n\u2019est pas si facile et les personnes doivent faire preuve de t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 pour terminer la s\u00e9ance. Nous avons pr\u00e9vu 10 s\u00e9ances de spinning r\u00e9parties au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<input type='hidden' bg_collapse_expand='6ab29c3315b447095276960'
