Bieten Sie Wohnl\u00f6sungen an? Mein Kind muss in eine Tagesst\u00e4tte gehen. Ist dies bei Ihnen m\u00f6glich? Wer wird daf\u00fcr bezahlen? Was wird mit meinem Kind geschehen, wenn es \u00e4lter ist?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All dies sind Fragen, die Menschen mit intellektuellen Beeintr\u00e4chtigunen, ihre Familien und Fachleute in diesem Bereich haben k\u00f6nnen. Der Sozialdienst der APEMH bietet ihnen <strong>pers\u00f6nliche Antworten.<\/strong> Sie fungiert als Schnittstelle zwischen der Person mit einer Beeintr\u00e4chtigung, ihrer Familie und den verschiedenen APEMH-Diensten und sogar externen Diensten.
