Jeder Betrieb \u00fcber 15 Arbeiter muss eine Personalvertretung haben.<\/p>\n<p>Die Personalvertretung passt auf, dass der <strong>Tarifvertrag<\/strong> und das <strong>Arbeitsgesetz<\/strong> respektiert wird und dass alle Arbeiter im Betrieb gleichbehandelt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Sie setzt sich ein f\u00fcr die Interessen <strong>aller Arbeiter.<\/strong> Dazu geh\u00f6ren auch die Arbeiter mit Statut.<\/p>\n<p>Ihre Mitglieder werden <strong>alle 5 Jahre gew\u00e4hlt,<\/strong> zuletzt im M\u00e4rz 2024. Die APEMH hat eine gemeinsame Personalvertretung f\u00fcr alle Bereiche.
